Publishing company with a long tradition, with international projection, and thirty-five computer stations. 

The company had an old mail system based on POP architecture. 

The mail system had certain shortcomings that placed the company at a disadvantage. The company wanted to eliminate these disadvantages, even though the present system was  very low cost. 

A solution was sought that gave the company all the advantages of the new mail systems and groupware: a stable system without falls, with opportunities for group work, and to allow access 'anywhere' (mobile, web , and so on). 

SOLUTION PROVIDED 

Oceano IT offered their managed email service, based on Microsoft Exchange in the cloud. 

The client selected the option to eliminate periodic maintenance costs by providing flexibility to increase and decrease, and with the absence of initial investments.
