How often are backups performed and where is the data stored?
Backups are performed and monitored daily, and are securely stored either in the cloud or locally (as chosen by the client), with redundancy, to ensure that data can always be recovered in the event of any incident.
How does restoration work in case of failure, and how long does it take?
Backups are scheduled in a hybrid format: local and cloud. The local backup is very fast for restoring, but somewhat less secure in case of an attack. The cloud backup is very secure because it is offsite, but a bit slower in the event of a full restore. The combination of both achieves the ideal service.
