Grupo Mutua de Propietarios is an insurance company with more than 100 years of history, which has always managed to adapt to the changing times without ceasing to evolve technologically. One of the main challenges the organization faced was the modernization of its corporate email service, based on Lotus, and the integration of this system with several critical processes of its daily operations.
Due to the trust built over many years, our team took on the challenge of migrating the corporate email to Microsoft 365, ensuring a smooth and secure transition. But the real value of the project executed by Océano IT went beyond a simple technical migration: we designed a flexible ecosystem in which email is naturally integrated with the different key processes and services of the group.
