Industrial company in the water treatment industry, with sales in over 50 countries worldwide. 

The company had two servers to support the following functions: email, backup, ERP, payroll, files, and printers. 

There were general slowness problems that impeded the work of users. The system was getting slower, and the time that was lost was beginning to seriously affect the business. 

They were looking for effective and simple computer maintenance, that as well as being trusted will solve once and for all these problems. 

SOLUTION PROVIDED 

Oceano IT offered its consulting and computer maintenance service. 

Our Service Manager analyzed the existing problems, and developed an action plan quantifying the cost of each of the actions. 

The action plan ran taking into account the lowest possible cost. Investments to solve problems that had not yet been identified were discarded. 

After simplifying the network considerably, and identify and correcting a set of minor faults, problems were eliminated gradually. 

Today, the computer maintenance is performed in accordance with the provisions of the plan.
