International training company specializing in training for supervisors and managers, with thirteen employees.
The company had a server that supported all business functions: email, ERP, backup, files and printers.
There were some problems that kept recurring repeatedly , without being fully addressed.
They were looking for effective and simple computer maintenance, which as well as being dependable solved once and for all these problems.

Our Service Manager analyzed the existing problems, and developed a system plan, once approved by the client, managed to increase reliability by eliminating existing problems, and reduce costs.
The basis of the plan was to simplify the structure to minimize errors and computer maintenance.
